CAISSE D’ÉPARGNE L’éducation financière
Social media
Client: Caisse d’Épargne
The ask: In France, we love talking about fashion, food, and culture. But money? Not so much. Yet for young people, money is already part of everyday life. First paycheck. First apartment. First steps into investing. And with these milestones come plenty of questions. Today, 75% of Gen Z say they experience daily stress about money, while 87% consider financial advice on social media unreliable.
The solution: Caisse d’Epargne decided to make financial education more accessible by showing up where young people already look for answers: TikTok and Instagram. We created a social-first video series offering practical financial advice through relatable, real-life situations. From understanding your first paycheck and finding an apartment to saving, investing, managing expenses, or even budgeting for a pet. Built around the native codes of social media, the series features a young female host, attention-grabbing hooks, a friendly and reassuring tone, short-form storytelling, and useful tips worth saving and sharing. Instead of selling financial products, Caisse d’Epargne gives young people the tools to take control of their money.
